lifeisadream: You are very right in the "to my knowledge" unless you do know who has killed whom because your army is here in this land and ..Do you think they will tell you?
If you have read the whole article ((which I doubt) and it seems to be common in some people posting here in CS)) you wil find the right size of the problems.Yes, I do live in a glass house but way smaller than yours.
Just admit it, Life. Your country has BIG, BRUTAL problems and it has been overflowing into our country for years. Now I understand and sometimes agree that the US has sometimes messed up and caused more harm than good. What I do NOT agree with is your continuously posting malicious, negative things about how America has done so much damage while COMPLETELY ignoring the damage Mexico has done to America and itself, which, as you see from the UN report, is actually far, FAR greater than what ISIS has done
PS... It did not go unnoticed that once again you failed to comment on the actual content of the report, the murder rate, the beheadings, the child soldiers, etc. preferring instead, to post an insult

Tell me where have I insulted you? Just because I do not post what you like?

I don't know... I just find it to be the height of hypocrisy for you to lecture ttom or anyone else about how "There are costs to our global reputation as well: The United States, which should be regarded as a principal advocate of human rights, undermines its credibility when it is so dismissive of civilian casualties in its wars. "
WHEN YOUR COUNTRIES HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS ARE OFF THE CHARTS.
Here's an idea.. Take all that "knowledge" of yours and go fix your own country.

Well stalking me for days and insulting me, judging me didn't help. But the truth is you haven't insulted me in the least. I just think you should take a look at yourself in the mirror and see what others see.
I already posted my statistics. why don't you "prove them wrong, "as you are so fond of saying to others...

I have even stopped addressing you once you made the reference to me that a post was directed to someone else yet you do have answered some of my posts not directed to you and I have not answered them.
Until you came to my home my thread and I did think it would be impolite not to answer you but you can be sure I will not answer any post from you anymore, so you can feel safe.

That's what happens when you annoy someone past their good nature point, which you did. I think its just FINE that we discontinue this conversation. However, I reserve the right to respond to negative, ignorant, irresponsible posts concerning MY COUNTRY
And I also reserve the right to post every disastrous statistic coming from YOUR country while pontificating on the damage it has done to itself and America... Its about time we blew the lid off the real costs of Mexico's abusive practices.

But most of the time I see you are fighting here...
I got sick of refugees knocking at my front door, so I bricked it up and built a 12 foot fence around my house. Then I got an intercom system and when people push the button I simply quote from the bible in swahili.

Appealing for international action on Sudan, Syria and other countries may sound hypocritical when our own attitudes about civilians are so cold. Korean War historian Bruce Cumings calls this neglect the “hegemony of forgetting, in which almost everything to do with the war is buried history.”
Will we ever stop burying memories of war’s destruction? More attention to the human costs may jolt the American public into a more compassionate understanding. When we build the memorial for Operation Iraqi Freedom, let’s mention that Iraqi civilians were part of the carnage. Count them, and maybe we can start to recognize and remember the larger tolls of the wars we wage.
