JoyCrest: Yes Epirb, she may not be persecuted but the American voters are smart and will not be fooled. Trump will be unsinkable even if his adversaries will spend billions... he represents a change for the better since he will not be controlled and his government will be for the people. He is for real to make America great again!

of course he is going to be controlled.

ever hear of congress? doh

Purr,

Of course, there is the congress for check & balance and legislation of laws, etc. But Trump will not be a puppet ruler who will be controlled and influenced by outside powers or internal bribes or financial donors and contributors unlike Hiliary Clinton. That's why he is disliked because he will not accept big time bribes.. his government will be for the people and by the people in many ways. You know that anyway.doh

the outside powers as you want to call them will most certainly lay the framework in which he will be able to govern. whether it be congress here in america or foreign government officials, he will be limited to how they want to control policy. trump will not be able to strong arm what he pleases and watch others bow down to his wishes. the world doesn't work that way. in his head, he may think whatever he says goes, but he has a rude awakening should he win the presidency.

His rude and obnoxious rants will not work...and if he continues his discriminatory remarks...what foreign country will want to deal with America?...shall be interesting to watch the Presidential elections...

Trump appeals to the bitter white male who watched Reaganomics and the trickle down theory pee all over them for twenty years give or take. The middle class no longer exists.

The established Repubs in Congress, all owned by big money donors, will regrettably still be there -whoever becomes President. imho

Many are still in the era of pre-globalization. .many still believes that America can be great again outside the claw of the universal money oriented stratégies. .no single president..be it USA or any could stand alone and impose singularly against the rest, iregardless of Trump's riches..he's nothing against the powerful everybody..so many are still sleeping...

People who command their lying eyes are going to have deeper problems with Trump than his words. Reality-masters will be skeptical at least

Trump has softened his words which is to be expected as he broadens his appeal amongst the word-servants whom obey what they hear. Going from racy and naughty conversation into soft and comforting conversation will seduce many a word-servant.

Tho the word-servant is how most politicians get elected by people who know very little about reality or success. Obama had "yes, we can" and what's the real difference between that and "make America great again"?

There isn't one. Only in the mind of the word-servants is there a difference.

What would be best is a president who told the truth to America:

"Government can't solve all your problems"
"Government isn't to blame for all your problems".
"Take responsibility for yourselves"
"You're getting poor because the competition is much better than you"

And that's an irony in America's political culture. On the one hand it's supposed to be an individualistic liberal culture of free markets, but on the other hand the American behaves as though government can determine everything that is as if he lived in a full-blown command economy.

This culture of "rugged" individualism and self-responsibility never consider itself responsible. That's the irony.

I'm applying a more holistic sense when I say better. Certain countries may be less well-equipped, but they're also much less wasteful and far more materially resourceful in what it is they actually do. What they don't do so royally is live beyond their real income and foster bubbles left, right and centre. I'm making a quality call.

I agree that western economies, or large part thereof, are highly-active nonsense-on-stilts. That's the busied uselessness which enables us to run up so much debt.

it's not only an attitude of my way or the highway, but his position of protectionism for america. since the 2008 crash, america is the most protectionist country with the most protectionist measures. he wants to continue a policy that hasn't worked and will not work. all it does is limit competition and drive costs higher. his threats on multinationals and foreign nations with exorbitant tax tariffs prove part of his flawed policy.

the remainder of the election will be interesting. the democratic race is turning out to be more than i expected. just this morning the fbi said hillary MAY be required to meet with them. the entire email mess is causing trouble and doesn't seem to go away. should the worse outcome come to pass bernie is sitting by ready to slide into becoming the next presumptive democratic nominee. for now, the two need to get together and stop bashing each other, it's not good for the party. one or the other needs to concede so full attention can be given to trump. he must be stopped from occupying the white house and appointing the new members of the supreme court.

Been watching CNN & MSNBC news stations and it appears that the GOP is divided on Trump.

Hasn't the GOP pretty much been divided for some time long before Trump entered the political arena?

I like Sanders and Clinton...they debated far more positively than the Republican candidates...lol...laugh

Hopefully whoever is elected...will beat Trump and the Republicans will have to repair its party...

Hilary's problem with the e-mails or Bernie's failure at capturing the lead in other States...hard to say what is going to happen...

Trump doesn't have the experience or prowess to serve as President...Norman Lear stated that by endorsing Trump was giving the government the middle finger...I hope this decision doesn't backfire on America...

Sanders is coming second because he's fighting with one hand behind his back " enough about the emails already" , mostly a GOP smear anyway , comment he made gave away his trump card . If the US wants more of the same decline , then Clinton will lead . 30 years of being an insider , her words , makes her vulnerable to Trump . As for Sanders , he has no "credit" or blood on his hands for the destruction of the US middle class . And he wants similar things , excepting walls/isolation , to Trump . Sanders wants to divide up existing wealth , Trump create more . A far harder challenge for Trump .

I bet that Trump knows about more of Clinton's closet skeletons that makes the Lewinski scandal look like a fairy tale, and he'll start the real mud slinging anytime. I doubt she'll want to go through seeing all that dirty laundry out in the public. Jest my 2 cents.

Could be why Sanders is hanging around , waiting for somebody else to do the dirty work , then picking up the pieces .
