Hillary calls it a 'short circuit' when she was trying to explain to the press about the emails. But we all know she had a "senior moment", and forgot her first lie.rolling on the floor laughing.. this happens when a person tells a lie, and then forgets what the first lie was, before they tell the second lie on the same topic. rolling on the floor laughing ...

Hillary and Trump BOTH are liars! But at least Clinton admits to her lies when she is cornered. But Trump when he's cornered, and the lie is exposed, Trump refuses to admit he lied thus, he only makes things worse for himself, because he adds to the second lie to cover up the first lie, and denies the truth. Them he has his staff to lie for him... they lie and he continues to lie.. worse than a fake Pusan area rug!rolling on the floor laughing scold professor

Hillary Clinton admits 'short circuit' on email server comments

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Rodham Clinton spoke to a crowd of journalists during a joint convention of black and Hispanic journalists, submitting herself to questions in an open forum for the first time since securing the nomination.

Writers, editors, and other media professionals from around the country gathered to hear Clinton address the National Association of Black and Hispanic Journalists (NABJ/NAHJ) conference, held this year in Washington, D.C. Yet in a question and answer session following her speech, the White House contender was tripped up once again by the lingering controversy over the private email server she used while at the State Department.

During her speech, Clinton said she wants to expand economic opportunities for Latinos and African Americans. "When the economy catches a cold, communities of color get pneumonia," Clinton said during her speech.

Clinton has granted numerous individual interviews to broadcast and print publications around the country. However, by many accounts her appearance at the convention marked the first time all year that she's fielded questions from more than one media outlet at a time.

At least for now, her reluctance to hold a press conference hasn't hurt her in the polls: In the latest NBC News/Wall Street Journal national poll, Clinton held a 9 point lead over her Republican challenger Donald Trump. The real estate mogul has repeatedly attacked her for not holding a press conference.

Although most of the questions were friendly, the former Secretary of State was pressed by NBC News on her recent contention that FBI Director James Comey characterized her remarks on her email server as truthful.

While Clinton is currently leading Trump in most polls, many surveys show broad swaths of the public do not find her trustworthy, and harbor doubts about whether she's told the truth about email server.

Clinton defended her public statements about the issue, saying that her answers were truthful even though she acknowledged using a private server was "a mistake" in hindsight.

"That's really the bottom line here and I have said, during the interview and in many other occasions over the past months, that what I told the FBI, which he said was truthful, is consistent with what I have said publicly," Clinton told reporters.

"So I may have short-circuited it and for that, I will, you know, try to clarify," she added.

The latter part of her comment touched off a furor on social media, with the hashtag "What Makes Hillary Short Circuit" trending for hours on Twitter.

looks like she wants your guns so she has more guns to sell.

@JeanetteJing/secretary-clinton-approved-millions-in-global-sales-for-the-sandy-hook-gun-maker-9e8b0e78c58d

Under Hillary Clinton, State Dept approved tens of millions of dollars in gun sales worldwide. Doc listing some:

Thailand and the United Arab Emirates are two donors who received gun purchase approvals from Clinton’s State Department in 2011 after they donated upwards of $1,250,000 to the Clinton Foundation.

Clinton Foundation Donors Got Weapons Deals From Hillary Clinton's State Department

These were not the only relationships bridging leaders of the two nations. In the years before Hillary Clinton became secretary of state, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia contributed at least $10 million to the Clinton Foundation, the philanthropic enterprise she has overseen with her husband, former president Bill Clinton.

can anyone say FAST AND FURIOUS?

from IB times

Under Clinton's leadership, the State Department approved $165 billion worth of commercial arms sales to 20 nations whose governments have given money to the Clinton Foundation, according to an IBTimes analysis of State Department and foundation data. That figure -- derived from the three full fiscal years of Clinton’s term as Secretary of State (from October 2010 to September 2012) -- represented nearly double the value of American arms sales made to the those countries and approved by the State Department during the same period of President George W. Bush’s second term.

In all, governments and corporations involved in the arms deals approved by Clinton’s State Department have delivered between $54 million and $141 million to the Clinton Foundation as well as hundreds of thousands of dollars in payments to the Clinton family, according to foundation and State Department records. The Clinton Foundation publishes only a rough range of individual contributors’ donations, making a more precise accounting impossible.

Winning Friends, Influencing Clintons

Under federal law, foreign governments seeking State Department clearance to buy American-made arms are barred from making campaign contributions -- a prohibition aimed at preventing foreign interests from using cash to influence national security policy. But nothing prevents them from contributing to a philanthropic foundation controlled by policymakers.

Yeah Crayon, but don't forget OR overlook all the years Trump has been dealing with the Saudis and doing business with them.scold
We just don't know how much money he has already bribed or taken from them YET!professor rolling on the floor laughing

I remember, some times about four months ago when Trump called for all Muslims to be banned from the US, the Saudis took down all his name signs from his business in protest and there was a demanded his business contracts be taken from him. Trump had a fit, and went here and did his smooth talking, and they put his signs back up.

Fox Correspondent John Roberts: Trump “Taking Aim” At “Donations That The Clinton Foundation Has Received From Middle Eastern Countries.” Fox senior national correspondent John Roberts reported on the June 14 edition of Fox’s Happening Now that Trump was “taking aim at Hillary Clinton on a number of different fronts, but in particular over donations that the Clinton Foundation has received from Middle Eastern countries,” but he failed to mention any of Trump’s own business interests in the Middle East. Quartz: “Wealthy Muslims Helped Donald Trump Build His Empire,” Including Via Deals With Saudis And Qataris. A December 7 Quartz article detailed “some of the more prominent deals and partnerships with Muslim individuals, governments, and companies that have buoyed the Trump brand over the years.” These business ventures involve Qatar Airways, which has had a “‘corporate campus’ in the Trump Tower … since at least 2008;” two Saudi princes who live in Trump Tower; Saudi Prince Alwaleed, who took “majority control of New York’s Plaza hotel, [which gave] Trump ‘more breathing room with bank creditors’” and purchased Trump’s $18 million yacht; the Trump International Golf Club in Dubai; and Trump Home partnerships in “Kuwait, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.” Quartz later reported that regional retailer Lifestyle stopped selling Trump Home products in its stores in Kuwait, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other countries following Trump’s anti-Muslim comments. [Quartz, 12/7/15; 12/9/15]

BuzzFeed: “Donald Trump Sought Investment Partnerships With Muammar al-Qaddafi And The Libyan Regime.” A BuzzFeed investigation posted on June 7 found that “Donald Trump sought investment partnerships with Muammar al-Qaddafi and the Libyan regime,” revealing that Trump “rented his Westchester estate to the dictator, tried to set up a face-to-face meeting, and took the Libyan ambassador golfing.” BuzzFeed reported that Trump “saw possibilities in a partnership with the Libyan Investment Authority, which invests profits from Libya’s lucrative oil industry” and that he ultimately sought “to gain access to Qaddafi, who was in a position to release billions in investment capital.” [BuzzFeed, 6/7/16]

Foreign Politicians to Donald Trump: Stop Begging Us for Money

by The Associated Press JUNE 29, 2016, 9:19 PM EDT

Members of the British Parliament and other foreign politicians want off Donald Trump’s email list.
WASHINGTON (AP) — Call it ‘Trexit.’

Members of the British Parliament and other foreign politicians want off Donald Trump’s email list, and are seeking to block the presidential candidate from asking them for campaign donations.

“Please stop sending begging letters to MPs,” tweeted Stuart McDonald, a member of the British Parliament. “It’s pathetic.”

A pair of watchdog groups notes that the practice is not just annoying, it’s illegal.

“Donald Trump should have known better,” said Paul S. Ryan of the Campaign Legal Center, which with Democracy 21 is filing a complaint to the Federal Election Commission.

It’s true that federal election law is designed to keep foreign cash out of U.S. political campaigns. It’s also true that Trump is revving up a fundraising operation after federal reports showed he raised about a tenth of what Democrat Hillary Clinton has raised during the most recent reporting period.

Trump is now sending millions of Americans emailed appeals for campaign cash. In one day last week, Trump collected $3 million in campaign contributions — as much as he did in the entire month of May. He had asked for donations of $10 or more, with the promise of adding $2 million of his own money.

Trump’s campaign, fresh from a visit to Scotland last week, apparently also has sent solicitations to foreign politicians. The watchdog groups cited news reports saying politicians in Iceland, Australia, Britain and Scotland have received such missives.

Sir Roger Gale appealed to the speaker of the British House of Commons on Tuesday to block Trump’s campaign appeals.

“Members of Parliament are being bombarded with electronic communications from Team Trump on behalf of somebody called Donald Trump,” Gale said to House of Commons Speaker John Bercow. “I am all in favor of free speech, but I do not see why colleagues on either side of the House should be subjected to intemperate spam.”

Bercrow sympathized, noting that Gale must have “undergone an irritating and — some might think — exceptionally tedious experience.” He agreed that MPs should not be “bombarded with emails the content of which is offensive” and pledged to advise Parliament’s digital service to block Trump’s emails.

Trump campaign spokeswoman Hope Hicks did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Crayon, I think if you read this whole article you will find this report to admit Hillary did nothing wrong, the State Department APPROVED of this deal during the time she was in office.
So what is all the noise about as if Hillary sold these arms wrongfully? CONSPIRACY RATTLING FALSELY ACCUSING HER OF DOING SOMETHING ILLEGAL CORRUPTION WHEN IT WAS NOT ACCORDING TO THE IBIIMES' REPORT!

Once again: The State Department formally approved ... arms sales even as many of the deals enhanced the military power of countries ruled by authoritarian regimes whose human rights abuses had been criticized by the department. Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Qatar all donated to the Clinton Foundation and also gained State Department clearance to buy caches of American-made weapons even as the department singled them out for a range of alleged ills, from corruption to restrictions on civil liberties to violent crackdowns against political opponents.
Among those countries, Algeria, Oman, Qatar, and Kuwait are known to have given money to the Clinton Foundation specifically during Hillary Clinton's tenure at State.

As the piece explains, foreign donations to government officials' private nonprofits aren't illegal—but that's something of a loophole:

Under federal law, foreign governments seeking State Department clearance to buy American-made arms are barred from making campaign contributions -- a prohibition aimed at preventing foreign interests from using cash to influence national security policy. But nothing prevents them from contributing to a philanthropic foundation controlled by policymakers.

The IBT also found that Boeing, Lockheed, and Goldman Sachs paid Bill Clinton personal speaking fees at around the same time that arms deals in which they had a financial interest were approved by Hillary Clinton's State Department.

In the end, the IBT piece doesn't reveal any smoking-gun evidence of a corrupt quid-pro-quo transaction. But it does document again that a presidential candidate who's already taking a lot of heat for her cavalier attitude towards questions of money, ethics, and secrecy has often been willing to tolerate high-stakes conflicts of interest.
