ooby_dooby: Republican, a party at war with itself. Abe Lincoln said it best; "A house divided against itself cannot stand."
The Republican party was fractured before the 2016 election what with the Tea Party wing creating a lot of chaos, the Freedom Caucus, the Evangelical wing, the National Debt crowd, the Tax cut freaks, the deregulation group. All these splinters fighting with each other. Along comes Donald Trump with promises to give jobs to the unemployed, cut taxes, brings manufacturing back from China, repeal Obama care, kill all environmental regulations so corporations can get even richer along with their stock holders.
He's been in office for 9 months, about as long as it takes to make a baby and he hasn't accomplished anything.

Don't be too blind Ooby is all I can say. No matter what good he will do, you are too blind to acknowledge it and you will die wishing that he would be ousted. You should try to listen to: Judge Janine Pirro, Sean Hannity, Russ Limbaugh, then you can convince yourself that we, who voted for him were not mistaken. But I won't argue with you at all Ooby, carry on with your anti Trump propaganda.

rizlared: Rats jumping the sinking ship, this points to the imminent collapse of the GOP as many others will follow.

I am wondering if this could lead to a new party being created? An alternative to the GOP, that could really cause a headache for American politics.
I hope so , guess for very different reasons

rizlared: My point exactly, and an experienced politician would have made damn sure those opposed to him were gently pushed in line and given support. It is not a matter of Trump falling in line with those who maybe are corrupt, but more about keeping the party together to ensure his policies go through unchecked.
Once he has got the main executive orders in place, then he can start cleaning out the rubbish.
His lack of experience jumps up time and time again, if it wasn't for certain old school members of the GOP, the USA and NK would already be in a full scale war.

Listen to yourself. Like you'd have done a better job than what he exactly did. I trust that he knows what is the strategy he needs to apply to serve best the American people and quite frankly, he has done a tremendous job orherwise if he were an "experienced" politicians as you claim, he'd have been bought already and sold us out.

But that is your opinion and let me tell you, you are a billion miles away from my position and what I supposed is best for my country. So far he is praised for all the actions he has initiated both in the handling of all these very volatile matters including that of the North Korea mess.

Imagine, who in their right mind would ever do what the Clintons did in the uranium deal with Russia? That is compromising our security according to Hannity. Selling our uranium to a hostile country just so they can amass all the cut as they did for their personal enrichment? Are you even aware of that? Yes of course, but what do you care, it doesn't affect you a bit if we get depleted with a very useful product like uranium. Do you understand that?

Instead of getting so uptight Lindsey, try to respect that some people have different opinions to your own!

I have been polite and written in simple English MY opinion, at no point have I made a single comment about you or any other poster in my post on this thread.

As for Trump being praised, maybe in some circles, but certainly not in Asia, especially China, who have said exactly the opposite, as has France, Germany and the UK.

The only people I have seen giving praise are the fanatical Trump supporters, who would still praise him if he sold the USA to China.

Again, we obviously see things from different points of view, but there is no need to get personal just because I disagree with your opinion.

Rosenstein , McCabe and Mueller all crop up in the investigation into Clinton and the Russians under Obama and Bush . With Comey appointed to the FBI it must have been an attempt to protect Clinton and then Obama's legacy ,it will be what it looks like . Its unbelievable that Mueller has a role into any Trump connection to Russia .

It has already been alleged by Hannity that this is bigger than any scandal it has ever plagued the American politics. Much bigger than the Watergate and so many will go to jail. This is making me sleepless at the moment. It is almost two oc'lock in my neck of the woods but here I am still listening and absorbing all these unbelievable development.

Watergate was nothing , media beatup , just like Trump having connection to the Russians . Impeachment is not a legal thing and there are real risks for Trump , the truth has nothing to with the issue . You best join twitter as you may find you are able to convince some people just what is going on . Most of our "family " here are hardened and would not change the way they vote either side of the coin , specially currently .

rizlared: I have never written a blog about Obama, and I have never said I loved, respected or disrespected him. Maybe you confuse me with someone else?

I don't respect Trump. because he has done nothing in my opinion to deserve respect, I lost any respect I had for him as a businessman when I learnt of his treatment to his labour force, his devious ways to get out of paying honest people for honest work and his blatant lies to people regarding his fake college.

Nothing he has done has changed my opinion.

As for Hannity, I don't trust him, he has always had an agenda and being a Trump supporter it is obvious to me he would jump on anything that shows those against Trump in a bad light.

"Sean Patrick Hannity (born December 30, 1961) is an American talk show host, author, conservative political commentator and conspiracy theorist". Wiki

Judge Janine Pirro, works for FOX news, a wholly biased news service

Russ Limbaugh, one of the worlds highest paid TV stars, so he would support Trump as the latest tax cuts will make him even richer.

Hardly unbiased news sources. If you only listen/watch right wing propaganda, you only get one side of a story, I prefer to read news from sources that have no hidden agendas.

All these "I said, he/she said, they said, we said, " revealed allegations cannot be compared to the perfect

exposing them, a few books attacking Trump, but on his record, there were no BODY COUNTS or series of

Trump didn't win

Clinton lost

As for the reports about the dirt digging on Trump, check the real facts as to who started the article, then look at previous elections and take notice that this has been done time and time again, by a plethora of presidential candidates. Nothing new, but the media just love to make a mountain out of a molehill.

You write a blog defending Obama as Christian. It's there on your blog.

If you don't love him, at least you never criticized him.

No matter, stay crtiicizing and disrespecting him because like you said, he's never done anything that deserves your respect. Who are you? Millions of us love and respect him, that's all that counts. I tell you what, I will not allow you to come to any of my post. I will ban you right away. Nothing personal. Those reporters are very credible and respected, that defines who you are. I'm not pursuing anymore effort of making you see what we, the voters that elected Trump saw in his leadership.

Goodbye.

"You do realise

that by banning me yet again, it is making you look very foolish, if you wish to act like a child so be it, but you cannot ban me until I post in your thread Phyllis, I will continue to post as I see fit, if you are unable to accept that others have differing views and opinions to you, that is something you will have to deal with.
You make it very hard to believe that you are a real Professor, you cannot spell, your grammar is appalling and you have little understanding of English and the actual meaning of certain words.
It saddens me that you have turned your back on your birth country and support a man who may very well cause a war, one that will drag the Philippine military into conflict, so many deaths due to a liar, cheat and moron.

I wish you no ill-will Phyllis, take no joy in showing you up for posting half truths and twisted stories, but I will never agree with those who refuse to look at both sides.

You can ban me as much as you wish, but you take the risk that it will be you that looks bad, not me!

Have a pleasant Evening, and try not to take CS so seriously, no-one really cares what is written on the forum lol

Wow, what a lie, saying no one really cares about what we write here?

And what an insult for you to say about my incompetence in the proper usage of the English language.

I can't believe you have such a low regard of the opinions expressed in here by posters who are brilliant and intelligent. frustrated

For you to think that I turned my back from my birth country is preposterous. I'm an American citizen, enjoying the right of having a dual citizenship. Who are you to say such a ridiculous opinion?

I repeat, there are so many people that I know who have high regards of the opinions expressed on here, including me.

And there's a lot of posters who think I posses a great intellect who has never complained about how poor my command of the English language. (With the exception of probably few others). This insulting comment will not deter me from posting.

Isn't amazing? No other GOP politician is joining him in his crusade? In fact according to the new article from politico magazine, wrote " he'll be filleted as a sellout, a RINO, a Judas, and a closet liberal."

Was he expecting the whole house to support him? I'd have expected, a cheering crowd supporting him, but so far, there's none. Way to go Flako.
