The thing is when I was told I should be dead Sept 2012...I was too scared to walk out my door..I was too scared to close my eyes at night in case I didn't wake up..It got to the point of so bad and ridiculous my friends dragged me kicking and screaming to the gym.
The gym save me from go knows what I would of done back then...The more I threw myself into the gym I noticed my body tone which I didn't expect at all..Whole point of the gym for me was getting out there to start living again..Saw changes in my body that I liked and the rest is history.
More important for me is to keep my inner shell ticking to live for many more years.

I know, that's the scary part of working out, I get my heart rate up good when I'm on the mountain bike, but, I remember running when I was young, I thought my heart would beat out of my chest, and I take supplements that should help my heart, things like CoQ10, grape seed and others. I hope for the best, I'm not ready to go yet.

My mini roast lamb stuffed with fresh garlic & mint is perfect.
Didn't want the usual veg..So decided on rice with char grilled red & green capsicums..Char grilled onion..Shallots & sun dried tomato's...With a dollop of plain Greek yoghurt.

rubberduck1: used to know a few people into fitness jogging and doing weights in their late 30s and 40s
they not with us now I don't believe in it you see them doing marathons and falling down cant breath
do something else like take up snooker or pool i used to do miles and miles around a pool table in a week

Extra activities at school they no longer sell junk food at the canteen..But I do believe it's a parents job to do the right thing by their kids instead of relying on the streets and the Government to watch their kids.. The best nourishment for a child physically and mentally stems from within the home..Not the bloody streets to do as they please because the parents are just too bloody lazy to get off their arses.
