Good topic Lee. 
It makes sense that biological clock in women ticking off in her 30s and makes a huge impact on her life choices .. It is naturally more complicating for women that man doesn't have to deal with it.
It is also unfortunate that more inteligent women makes a man feel intimidated... and often man will go for a younger women, less dominating female that will make him feel masculine, in more power....
Guess that is psychologically automaticly improving man libido testerones
Maybe smart girls should learn how to play

rainbowdream2017: The truth is that "older man" more likely than not, can't catch up with energy of a younger women and mentality of a older man would probably want to make her baby to keep her. We all look for different things in life... I am not interested for much younger man and prefer a man around my own age that would feel more leveled in maturity.
If you have much younger women who still wants to party and if that doesn't matches your style of life maturity, if you prefer quieter environment, family orientation etc. ...it will never work out.

It is not fair to expect and insist from another (much younger ) person to change only the way that it suits to older one and vice versa, as it would feel like imprisoning another human being with its own desires and will.
No phyloshophal ideas & manipulations can make up for natural compatibility, without using any force to make anyone the way we wish to be.
Only acceptance of differences & compromises can work in 2 way street.
Needs and thoughts are different in every age we approach ... no need to fight natural dynamic of changes, it only brings strong resistance and rejection.
Could you say that you wanted the same thing now, as when you were in your 20s ?
If you find a women in her 20s could you blame her wanting different lifestyle as you ones wanted in her age for yourself?
