Yes, SeclUded, I know I tend to be all business...
It's easier to let my mind keep working than to shut it down and be "normal".

felixis99: The "group" can take away the rights of the individual. That is why we have protections for those rights. But yes, I agree that social consciousness is important. I did not realize that is what you were referring to.

We have a social conscious here , but it cannot interfere with the rights of the individual to fair and equal treatment. Fair and equal treatment is a social conscious of it's own. For a social organization to succeed the individuals within must not feel tread upon. A sort of " my rights end where yours begin" and vice versa.

That is always a challenge within a team. Whether it is in society or a family putting up a Christmas Tree. No one person should have to shoulder more than their share without their agreement. And the actions of the group should not interfere with the equality or happiness of individuals within. Those are core values here "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" for the individual within society and society itself.
Nice speech Felixis but this is not what I meant in my post...
I am talking about people like Lilly Allen, the spoiled little brat that surrounds herself with guards and takes a day trip to Calais Jungle and cries her eyes out demanding her country lets the poor illegals in...
Or Rachie14, who wore burqa to show her support for the Muslim community, but not for a single second thought that the only thing she supports is the violation of these women human's rights...
The ""me" and "I" approach to social matters is the worse approach. The hypocrisy of the spoiled individual who believes uncontrolled immigration is normal or FGM and child brides are part of culture should not be given a voice...
The twisted tolerance towards intolerant people is crying for troubles...
Going against the the well being of your country and society just to stroke your ego and personal validation should be a hate crime...
