Hi Daears applause

I haven’t got a TV for ages now!

I watch my stuff on other electronic devices, mostly on my cellphone and because of that, my attention span is really short and end up not watching anything at all..grin

I watch it when I've got company. But it's one of those things that depresses if I were to watch it by myself, like watching a gameshow or attending a pub quiz on your own it doesn't really work. You need that feeling of being part of the group.

It's a fabulous hilarious show to watch.

I scream with laughter.

The people we watch could easily be comedians..Just normal people who are crazy funny watching and thinking the same as the viewers.

I am not able to see any other ones..plus I try to watch little TV these days.
I doubt you would find any other nationality humorous given we all have our own little vernacular that seems to go over others heads.

With some of the Irish I doubt you would even understand what they are saying help laugh

I don't watch a ton of TV, but we do have a show here that is similar. It's called The People's Couch

Here's a synopsis:

The People’s Couch enters the living rooms of households and films real people watching and commenting on popular shows and news from the past week. The hour-long unscripted series delivers the buzziest water-cooler moments of the television season by showcasing avid TV watchers in their homes, as they laugh, cry, talk, gasp, and scream at their TVs. Each diverse group of viewers will bring their hilarious, unique commentary about TV’s hottest moments to the small screen. Based on the hit UK show Gogglebox, the series is part of an international phenomenon with new series being produced across the world in China, Ukraine and Denmark, with additional deals in France, Spain, Canada and Germany.

I have seen this and it's good for some laughs 9 times out of 10. thumbs up

i saw first hand over a period of 20 years of teaching art, how students were not able to hold focus to work on larger projects. over the years, many of the art teachers, as well as the shop teachers changed their curriculum to accommodate this. as well, as budgets were reduced year after year after year....this also contributed to smaller, more instant projects.

i remember being at a special event in the gym with three giant screens, all showing different videos at the same time, all with different sound tracks blaring...
i laughed and said, "and they wonder why the attention spans are changing. we're almost promoting it with this kind of stuff"
