Is this one of those "lateral thinking" things??? You don't mention anything about a ceiling.................
Is the mirror a red herring?? Nothing to do with it at all?? Otherwise, as you don't mention what the room is made of, it may be made of paper or something similar and you break the mirror to cut through? Perhaps a set of downward steps in the floor?
There is also nothing to say you are alive, perhaps you are not meant to get out because you are dead?
I may need a longer think but am I anything like close?
