You can try to twist this any way you want to but when they said they couldn't sustain a charge, they were saying the same thing James Comey was saying when he said "No reasonable Prosecutor would bring this charge" and as you know, Comey, a Republican and no fan of Hillary Clinton, knew there was not enough evidence to indict or get a conviction!
