I do not have problems sleeping. If I have a good book to read then I can have problems 
I really have to be strict with myself, 2 chapters no more.
I love music though and it brings a peace of it's own, depending what's playing though.

Whenever I am relaxing and watching piano tutorials on my cell phone..I fall asleep.
I put this down to the hypnotic effect of fingers drifting over keys accompanied by some lovely melody.
Another thing I've noticed since I've had my piano (one month now) I play it in my dreams and then I wake up inspired.
Please give it a try and let me know if it has the same effect on you?

Yeah...it looks like it..hmmm..
The music is taking control of me..quite fast!
I can't read in bed but I like watching a few YouTube videos about animals usually.
However...I've been watching the piano tutorials lately...mostly classical music.
It really has an hypnotic effect that I can't keep my eyes open through a whole one.
