What´s the best country to find a date in the EU? (8)

On his thread 'What´s the best country to visit in the EU?' Johnny claims "I've never been out of my village".
I might try something as "I have never dated somebody from another village". I got away with bigger lies than that one. (Can't beat Donald Trump, though).

What are your experiences in finding a date across the border?

Last few likes came from Austria, Italy, Denmark, the Channel Islands and Malta. Not exactly places loaded with beggars scouring CS.

Go by the numbers ...
How easy or difficult it might be to find a date in another EU country (using CS) depends a lot on the market share CS has in different countries. This varies dramatically !
As an example I've checked the number of women 40 and over in few EU countries.

In my native Belgium there now are 328 female 40+ CS members for a population of 11 M (of course all ages and both gender).
This does compare favourably to Italy where there are only 350 for a population of 60 M (over 5 times more)
and France isn't a lot better: 406 for a population over 65 M.
Yet all of these turn bleak considering the 3423 Irish women on CS of that same age range in a population of only 5 million... and we haven't got the winner yet, since there currently are 929 Maltese female CS members in a population of only 441 thousand.

We all know that active members are only a fraction of the total number enlisted. But that's why those total numbers matter. Active member fractions hardly differ among countries.

You haven't count some of those profiles are not really active, some of those members registered, maybe visited few times and that's it. If a profile states "online more than a month ago" it's same as non-existent.

There are very few real persons on CS, unfortunately. Used to be far better many years ago.
