You ought to be thanking me, as 'hell' is not a real place. It's a modern term; like paradise. The REAL term is 'sheol' and that means the place where ALL spirits go once they pass. Take the 2 thieves on the cross. Christ told one today you will be with me in 'paradise'. (A mistranslation) Paradise is also a modern term. Once again the Hebrew term is: "Today you will be with me in Sheol." Now, what you MAKE of sheol can be a personal paradise or a personal hell.
Think of it like living in a small town. Some will love it, and find it quaint and lovelylike 'paradise', and others will curse it as they will see sheol as 'boring as hell'
So heaven and hell are both the same. The difference? YOUR ATTITUDE. Which will you be?

No just in modern vernacular. Sheol is in the attitude (repentive thief's attitude and the other thief who cursed Christ)
Now ETERNAL REWARD or PUNISHMENT is AFTER Judgement.
Think of it like going off to school and then returning home to show your LIFE's report card.
Just live a good life, have a positive attitude and help those less fortunate than you.
