Former Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, AZ is well known for torturing inmates. He has set the standard for how the Correction Officers are expected to handle these situations. This is not Guantanamo. This is a county jail !!
This woman cannot be released to the public. She should be in a legal mental institution for medication so that she can live in peace. Her mother has to sell everything she owns to get enough money to hire the very best attorney to get her daughter out of there.
If my daughter was as mentally handicapped as this woman is I'd rather she be dead than go through this torture.

This is your government in action..................The government stopped the funding for mental health facilities, and so, many of the people, like the lady who is the subject of this video, who would formerly have been housed in a facility for those with mental health issues, were left without anyplace available for the proper treatment or any support. They therefore have ended up in the jails or other law enforcement facilities, because that is who is now burdened with taking care of these people.
