Mercedes_00: Yep it was I trained seriously after school with a coach.. Then my dad's new hundredth womans va*ina became more important to my dad..She no longer wanted me with the family I knew from birth..Jealous nasty woman who loathed how close my dad and I were..I know everything footy because of him..The many many games he played as I cheered him on from a toddler..The many many South Sydney games we both attended..When my mum walked out my dad was a man I no longer knew..He had so many woman coming and going because my mum killed the mans spirit he once was when she walked out.

Nah it's a floatation belt..Have been doing Aquadeep without one but apparently we shouldn't be doing Aquadeep without one...I researched till I saw double print for a week . So they do have them at my gym but really old fashioned ones in the store room that they use to use..I asked Cody the life guard to get me one to practice with..It was perfect.as you aren't struggling as much to stay afloat because it's not about trying not to drown

At 14 I was training with Olympians as well as Commonwealth medalists..Representing a club on a rubber track for athletics....I ran like the wind barefoot but I had to get use to running in spikes as well as getting use to exploding from blocks.
