ok , this all falls under a 'word game' here .... because everyone Ive ever met , (especially in the service) , have experieinced all 3 of these emotionals / feelings without knowing which one was really happening.
those words are ... FEAR , STRESS & ANXIETY. fear and stress are both VERY good things to have and keep in your arsenal of defense's for your mind and body. You dont need to overcome them , you need to know how to recognize them and use them like a tool for survival and a natural instinct. As for Anxiety , im more to the belief its a another extension of "worry" , which NEVER gets you anywhere and never changes any situation your in . So let the worry go , and the Anxiety that can build from worry , will be under control.
Whats that saying ; "take care of today , forget about yesterday , its dead and gone , and let tomorrow take care of itself , because its not even here for you to control".
So , remember , we as humans have a bad habit of thinking we're so in control , when really , we're not.
The best you can learn is to live thru your emotions and 'habits' we carry day to day ,And most times ..... "Just let it go !"

Take care for the emotions you'll feel , and just try to recognize what it really is. Dont confuse them.
