Happygolucky4u: What a beautiful thought. Kindness is a funny thing. I find when I am kind it makes me feel good also. My thought right now is on being grateful for who I am. If someone had of told me when I was younger I would grow up to be grateful for such a simple life I would of thought they were crazy. I made this simple life. From pain and loss I never thought I would recover from. I remember when my husband and I first got married he looked at me and said this was a beginning we could have any kind of life we chose to have. I didn't understand then I do now. I am happy and am grateful for my simple life even though I lost him way to soon it was the strength of us that kept me going in the right direction. Be grateful for the simple things. Look for the rainbows when it rains. My Mom was right too! You are what you eat. It you feel your head and thoughts with negativity and hate that is what will live in you. I choose to fill my head with positivity and if I remain grateful I can do that even in the times when the winds of storms sail throught my life. I choose to be happy.
