pat8lanips: The fact is, women are less likely to select the highest quality salami, because they don't usually give all the smallgoods a good squeeze to check the firmness. So if you see a woman with a salami in each hand and one in her mouth, chances are she's up for it.

Hope this helps.
usually the food stuff get expired 3 days before their original expiry ....women touch them grin

PeKaatje: In most restaurants the chief cook is a man, for usually men are better in cooking. Don't know why but it is a fact. I am single for many years and can cook quite well, but always cooking for me myself and I is getting boring, so often I'll make it easy on me. Once in the week I eat outdoors, and once in the week I visit my mother and eat with her, and we chance the turns who has to cook, yesterday it was my turn. We started that since my dad has passed away.
Yesterday we had fish, garlic potatoes with mango, tomato, paprika and onion, also some paprikapowder and chilipowder. Unfortunately I used a little to much chilipowder, making the stuff very hot. Well, I like spicy food, my mom doesn't, but she enjoyed the meal never the less.
looks like you are doing well , cheers

KarloradoFL: I get all my groceries from the nearby Super WalMart. I try to keep my meals under $2. a meal, I get a lot of frozen microwavable food. I have sliced turkey or sliced rotisserie chicken sandwich for lunch. Every other day I have 2 hot dogs for supper. The pre packaged sliced chicken and sliced turkey are under $3. per pound in a 2 pound package with 32 slices and a package of 24 hot dogs is $4. I also get all my clothing, shoes, prescriptions, glasses and contact lenses at the Super WalMart too. I used to eat a lot at the McDonalds that was also in the store but they closed it down and it is now a Domino's Pizza.
McDonald has spoilt the Americans laugh

Im a store wizard, Ali. Here’s my method:

Get a sheet of regular notebook paper. With a pen, draw a line down the middle, and then two across, making 6 areas. Label each as such: Protein- Dairy- Grains- Fresh- Canned- Misc./Household.

Before going to the supermarket, walk through your house and jot down what you need. See below:

Protein. Dairy. Grains. Fresh. Canned. Misc./Household

Eggs. Yogurt. Bread. Celery. Soup. Dish soap.
Ground Beef. Butter. Cereal. Avocados. Sauce. Cologne

Figure out approximately how much it will cost, and take only that amount or slightly over. Avoid eye-level items and items near the register. They’re higher. Buy off-brand items, like coffee filters. Makes absolutely no difference. Doing things this way is ultra-efficient, saves steps, money, time.
