And in Newyork he along with his wife was as such left alone well most of the time.also was he set up about drugs in England?John Lennon had he lived would have become an American citizen in 1981.There are no John Lennon s today and there never will be.Liam Gallagher comes close in our time.But then is he copying John.as Oasis loved the Beatles. I do believe if Lennon.and presley were alive today and say aged 35 they both would be as always Legends. The guy who shot John will never be released as everytime he goes for parole he is refused.shows how much John Lennon is missed.loved God rest him.

Lennon & McCartney are the worlds most famous writers of music. The Beatles were the worlds most famous Band. I was never a lover of Elvis to be honest. I think I was a bit too young at the time plus he never wrote one song of his own. If Chapman "Lennon's" killer were to be let out of prison, he wouldn't last long. Too many people, even now would take him out. Lennon and the Beatles were and always will be a legend. This is Julian, John Lennon's 1st son with his 1st wife Julia. He looks and sounds like him so much. The words were about him not seeing his dad John for years. So very sad

Sorry! I didn't mean to be disrespectful regarding Elvis as I watched a programme on TV regarding his death. People do speculate on things. From what I watched, Elvis did not pass away on the toilet, even though he was having problems re constipation. He didn't pass away through "illegal" drugs either. A very interesting documentary as with Marilyn Monroe.........I read up and watch a lot of our "Icons" I do enjoy "Certain" mixes of songs. Michael Jackson was another taken away too soon. Some people hated him but that was their choice. His downfall was after the accident making the Coca Cola Advert. He lost a lot of his "scalp" so had to wear "wigs" he then got "hooked" on pain medication, not illegal drugs... Yes, fantasy movie was easier to follow and sure made more sense watching stoned.

John Lennon moved to America because of that cow Yoko Ono. That's the reason why the Beatles broke up. Watch the documentaries. He would have never have left Liverpool in England if it wasn't for her. He didn't have contact with his son Julian from his first wife Julia for many years. Julian made this song regarding his dad John Lennon. The words meant a lot to Julian as John Lennon deserted him
