Ladies, you can thank me later..
When a guy is with you in the shower and he's nice enough to gently wash your back and get you all soapy, be nice to him and don't ask rude questions like "Who are you?", "How did you get in here?" or "What are you doing in my shower?"

Selenite: The thing is suddenly finding a (uninvited) stranger in your shower touching you is a horrible situation ... only people who have never suffered assault or attacks or know someone who has would find it funny.
Do you not realise that any "nice woman" who would read to "feel grateful for your advice" would run a mile?
And guys should not normalise the assault of women in a jokey way. There are some weird minds out there who will read your words and take them seriously
Glad you DO understand where I'm coming from. Women should be listened to when it comes to such matters!
I always listen when you speak.. You can't speak for all the nice women though, as I don't speak for all men, some humour is an acquired taste of course, the intruder in the shower may have just been roll playing with a nice woman with a sense of humour that can laugh at these thing and yet have sympathy for those that have suffered from the kind of thing you mention.. If you had introduced it as a role playing it would have put a completely different slant on it ...I can't speak for all nice women but I can definitely speak for all women who have been assaulted because I know (too) many and I can assure you none of them find jokes about assault funny. I also know people who have had intruders in their homes and they don't find that kind of joke funny either, Because they are all traumatised by their experience.
As I said, had you introduced it as a "role play" between consenting adults it would have a different slant, But unfortunately you didn't.

I know too many people (of all ages) who's emotional quality of live has been destroyed by either an intruder and/or assault. Please people be thoughtful with your jokes

A scary fairytale from the 17th century
Once upon a time there lived a little country girl, the prettiest creature who was ever seen. Her mother had a little red riding hood made for her. Everybody called her Little Red Riding Hood.
One day her mother said to her: “Go my dear, and see how your grandmother is doing, for I hear she has been very ill.”
Little Red Riding Hood set out immediately.
As she was going through the wood, she met with a wolf. He asked her where she was going.
“I am going to see my grandmother.”

Good, thank you. As a woman no longer afraid of speaking up (or backlash) It's important for me to raise awareness It's important that men don't "openly" normalise such things so that ALL women feel safe with men (and of course men too)
In the long run, awareness serves for both genders to feel more in harmony
