do you imagine me writing all this from here???? no way...i explained to dietzman i was tired and upset from my day...from this reality...i have moments to post and certainly i am irreverent about alot at this time....


thank all of you who have helped to bring some depth and awareness to the point i was making.

i just don't have the energy to get that into it.... i need everything i have right now.


most of all what i need is humour and grace..... that's what i come here for


and to make people think...and do their own homework

There are "Americans", and then there is "America" as a country. So many people want to associate America as the country with our political leaders and how they use the money collected in taxes, etc.

I have little to no direct control over how America uses the tax dollars they collect from this American (me), and if I did, you can bet the distribution of that wealth would look very different.

I do have direct control over my own charitable giving, and more than 10% of my earnings go to efforts that I believe in - both domestic and international.

So, I would say that many Americans are not simply full of greed and stupid. Apathetic perhaps. Definately complacent and lazy when it comes to putting more pressure on those people in control of our tax dollars.
