I might very well be a couch potato.

After a motorbike accident I had to give up on most physical activities but I still enjoy bike rides in the weekend.

What DOES Ronnie O'Sullivan do with his balls? Sorry *skulks away* I’ll go and pick my brains from the gutter.

My best -ever form of exercising has always been dancing.
I 've also taken up Tae bo-style aerobics lately and I 've seen great results...
I used to do a lot of yoga in the past but I no longer do it.

But sometimes I do prefer to be a couch tomato for a change...

Sports are a big part of my life. I run at least 3 times a week. 8-10 kms weekdays up to 30 kms weekends. I love golf and also curling. I also like watching many sports. And yes Ronnie O'Sullivan is indeed the best thing that has even happend in snooker with a big BUT. If he has his head screwed on backwards he is on the side of wacko. But I guess that's because he is a genius. Most geniuses are crazy in some way.

Are you sure it's called couch potato and not couch tomato?

Do you know that piece of tomato that sticks on the sofa and never goes away...?
