Good news Imma I did as a kid so your not alone. I had two different recurring nightmares. The one was the "boogy man" strange thing is that this name crops up in various countries and with various people. It was a dream comparable to your grandfather but the boogy man gets in closer to right above you. The last time I had it was in 1971 when I was 19. I had it almost every night 6 months straight when I was about 8. The other one was the rinocerous dream. I had it after seeing the movie "Hatari". I went on having that one for about 6 months every night when I was about 10. There was an evolution to that one though. It started out always about the same but went a little further every time. Last real bad nightmare I had was after reading the book "The Shining" (Steven King or is it ph). So waking up from a doosy I was talking to myself saying "ok it was just a nighmare calm down it will pass deep breaths" at that instant the bedroom door creaked open from the wind. Believe me you do not want that to happen when trying to get yourself calm after a nighmare. My whole body jumped about 50 Cms blankets and all. My sister had brought me about 5 King novels which I returned unread.
I think that once the bubble is burst that it is impossible to go back. Reality is something you deal with. Stay fit in body and mind and enjoy the little things like being fascinated by ants protecting aphids on a plant (I did that one summers day for about an hour it was amazing)
This reminds me of something I once heard A blonde lady goes the doctors and says to the doctor "When I push on my rib like this it hurts but when I push on my arm it hurts too and when I push on my leg it hurts too. Why is this doctor?" The doctor says "that could only mean one thing blonde lady you broke your finger."
oh I am terrible making a joke on Imma's "ouwee" thread
I can feel pain but don't absorb it. I release it to go it's own merry way.
I also have had 2 instances of strange feelings and I told somebody about it right away. (not the people involved luckily) Both instances the person died within the month. Something was strange about the "aura". Or something like it. I just can't put my finger on it. It is like going into a place and disliking it for some reason. (I have that in many stores)
just wondering if you really don't know what your computer history is. It is at the top of this page in my case fourth from the left between "View" and "Bookmarks" It's what the government will use when they come to take you away for computer hacking or whatever
not really afterall I don't understand half (the French speaking ones) and then you have the people that talk like this: "stif coot way" I couldn't get what they were saying and then all of the other dialects they are like another language. that's right I'm not Belgian
I suppose that dejavu's count. I used to have them a lot but it seems when you get older you loose the connection or whatever. I do remember one very distinct dejavu. We were in Belgium for the first time and our mothers family came to pick us up in Brussels. It was dark and we had been driving for quite a long time when I got an overwhelming dejavu the strongest I have ever had. I looked at my sister and I knew by the look on her face that she was having one too. This made it even weirder. We asked where we were. It was the center of the town where my mother was born and also the town where we ended up moving to 8 months later. Before this we knew nothing of Belgium or of the town where my mother had lived because she always refused to talk about it.
