1. Learn to say 'NO'.

2. Control interuptions and improve the quality of your time.

3. Delegate with control, where possible.

4. Be aware where your time goes. Keep a time-log for at least a
week.

5. Use the Pareto principle for allocating priorities to jobs.

6. Stagger your working hours - e.g. lunch break

Why?

Gaining time....for what?

Time is a man made thing anyway...be time...make the time to decide perhaps...to have more time to do what is right for you...no matter what the clock says.
