... today I was in interviews all day... got me thinking about nervous habits - things we do while stressed... unconsciously.
What do you do?

I usually stress out. I asked for stress tabs while I was in treatment drying out from delerium tremens and all the psychotropics I had abused. They told that it was normal to feel like hell when detoxing and they laughed at me for wanting stress tabs. Been kind of rainy here. Still been a nice day. I had a great meeting tonight. My friend, Michelle asked me to come get her to take her to the NA meeting. She has been stressed out because her husband is in prison. She told me that him being in prison has had an affect on their relationship.
