pmsl oh well hun guess its gotta be done then see ya later banning smoking in public places is hardly orwelian. Ever thought about the people who don't smoke and their right to not have to inhale smoke all night whilst they enjoy a drink at the pub.

you tell 'em! i hate coming home from the pub with a scratchy voice, coughing and reeking of smoke. if you choose to smoke, smoke and enjoy it, but for those of us that choose not to smoke, the ban is a great thing.

smokers who are against the ban in public moan on about their rights and freedom to choose. what about those of us who choose not to inhale carcinogenic poisions while we pop into a cafe for a coffee? what about the rights of little kids in a family restaurant?
so smokers, yes you have every right to slowly kill yourself, but the rest of the population who don't want to smoke or inhale the crap in cigarettes should have the right to NOT breath in your harmful chemicals. those smokers who are against the smoking ban in public are incridibly selfish with no regard for other people and their health.
by the way, i smoked 20 a day for 8 years until i wised up!
