AlgarionPatras, West Greece Greece183 Threads 2,961 Posts...well i see in many profiles that people ask for a partner that will make them laugh. OK i understand the value of jokes, sarcasm, selfsarcasm(which i adore) and making the others laugh but i don't think it's some great value. I mean most people can say a good joke or two. And what about it? So many profiles say: "he/she must be caring and make me laugh". Is that a very superficial description of what someone wants from his/her potential partner?

I guess what people mean is that they can be themselves and feel comfortable with the other person and laugh at silly things....things that happen out of the blue....funny situations......funny movies....

well for me.....
i'm a happy person 99.9% of the time..so if i'm on a date with a guy who is funny and we have a laugh i know i'm gonna have a laugh...its better than being with mr. serious!....
i find it an attractive quality....but that is just for me!...

Personaly i am not waiting for a clown to come and make me die of non stop laugh
