is it easier to relocate for emplyment or for lpossible love? (15)
BND moved here from Mich....where employment is terrible....although he had a decent job, mine was better....plus, the climate here is much nicer, especially in the winter months.....so, it was a win/win situation. Had he had the better job, I would have moved there in a heartbeat.....no question there.....although I hate the cold...

I relocated through employment and the climate was better for my sons.....don´t know if I would for love, unless I´d been with them for a while.

Would have to make sure that the love thing was serious.....couldn´t take a chance, got my son to think of...........

Would never relocate for love. Have heard too many stories of things going wrong, not just from women, but from men too. Also, it's safer for a man to relocate than a woman, in terms of traveling. I'd relocate for employment after my daughter's out of high school, in a heart beat. It's time for some change.

It would be a tough call. I've been working for the same place for 22 years, like it, and all the long-term trappings that go with it.

myself the climate and better employment would get me more motivated. maybe its a man thing.
