Yes, I noticed this as well. In Poland I can only see the EU Forums, but not the International Forums. I used to visit both, but now I can't even find the International Forum. It is a dumb decision on someone's part.
Next to the EU forums, is there a link called just Forums? If yes, that's the link for the international forums.

I am from country that is still in process of negotiation with EU but I can see EU forums and International forums. Is it strange or not?
