I have big troubles getting up in the morning, and since days are becoming shorter here - this may get worse...

How do you drag yourself out of bed every morning?

I have no problem at all dragging myself out of bed at 10:30 or 11:00 am. It`s quite simple really. It`s either get up or wet the bed.

The alarm goes off, i hit snooze once, and then my kids get me up. I am not a morning person at all!!!!very mad

put my feet on the floor and stand up

of course after a heavy night on the falling down juice
this can have an adverse effect
causing a full 360 degree oscillation
which another lie down usually cures

I've always been able to just pop out of bed with no chemical assistance needed .

I don't have any problem getting up. My alarm goes off at 4:45 each morning. It's weird walking my dogs in the morning before I go to work, now though because the days are getting shorter. At the end of October the clocks go back or forward an hour I can't remember, luckily I wrote it done somewhere. Then we'll all be coming home in the dark as well!!!
