Okay, no judging please...
Do follow fashion....religiously
but my preferred style is fashions of the early Twenties....Art Deco, flapper's dresses and the cloche hats. I have a collection of an original day and evening decadent frocks, furs, jewellery, silk pajamas.
As well, fond of 1950's fashion...full skirts(crinoline under) with cinched and accented waist.
Love beaded silk velvet coats with ermine fur collars...white fox shawls....lynx fur coats.

Hi Awesome, you have some very good taste with clothing, but do you get to wear any of the stuff you mentioned?

As for me, I am no dedicated follower of fashion. I like to wear elegant clothes, although I never seem to want to throw anything away. My friends (girl) tell me to throw the older stuff away, but I keep wearing it from time to time, as it returns to fashion after a few years

There are lots of holes in this post .. but I am going to give them a miss .

I think people should not put anything on at all unless there is a good reason for it .
A minimalist at heart .. Imagine a minimalist street fashion .. Freedom and plenty of fresh air ..

Found a fantastic place to fish .. Have a delicious week-end Weddy

Good evening Antcus,
Thanks for appreciating my taste:)...my passion for twenties period as well as early thirties started when I was a teen; my Mom had just few pictures of my Grandma and about dozen pieces of her clothing saved, she was a Polish socialite before second World war. At the time I was in ballet school for ten years, but as soon as I got my high school diploma there were no doubts for me of what college to choose... Art and Design University from which both of my parents had been graduated. Oh, and my Mom has been known for dressing up fashionably...so, pretty much it started at home.
Luckily, I get to wear evening dresses and all collection of furs often....most of my friends are avid snow skiers and fine dining goers:), as well as partiers...being fond of travel my whole life I still have huge problem with packing light:(....but my partners never seemed to mind:)

Just like you, each year when spring cleaning time arrives...and knowing the rule of getting rid of clothes that you didn't wear once in the last six months....I'd put these "unfortunate" in boxes...just to find them few years later and hanging half of them back in the closet...Fashion always comes back! and good pieces last forever.

Hi Wedy, hope you're done with cleaning your house! and having some fun on weekend....
...don't know if you watch CNBC chanel and ever saw Larry Kudlow; he's my favoirite market analyst, the one whose line always is'"Capitalism is the only way to prosperity"...so, when I look at your pic, you have such close resemblance of everything like face structure, style and manners with him...funny, every time I see Larry on TV now I'm catching myself on thinking "Oh, I know this guy..he's on CS also" :)

PS Can't see you b-suit...but we believe you rolling on the floor laughing
You're lookin' good!

Surely, dear wedward, whether your birthday suit looks good is a subjective opinion........... maybe you ought to put up a pic of you in your birthday suit and see what rating you get!

(to avoid being thrown out by the CS monitors you could smudge out the dangly bits! rolling on the floor laughing )

i know i look good ; and am proud of the body god gave me ; why because you have to love yourself before you can love others; and yes that is my own opinion; like you have your own opinion; and there is a beach photo of me in my profile and that is enough for people to judge for themselfs
