Oh, so sorry, SP55 comfort . Have lost so many pets to old age in the past 5 years and know personally how very much it hurts. Lost my Kameo, Victoria, Tex, Tinker, and Lizzie. The first 4 were Miniature Schnauzers, and the fifth was a Leopard Gecko. I miss them all very much. Your grief is much understood. Blessings to you. angel

I house sat for a friend once as she knew I was a cat person and she had three.

The first night I woke up from a nightmare that my head was on fire and being pierced with nails only to find it was close to true.

Apparently Princess turned herself into a hat at night and sank her claws into the available scalp so as not to be dislodged.

Our budgie, loved sitting on the kitchen window sill chirping away and when my mother started peeling spuds he flew down and hopped on the pile of peels waiting for more peels being dropped on him, while she kept working.

Then he would shake himself like a dog emerging from a lake, pick at the peels and throw them around like a lion his prey. laugh

Many. Like my first Schnauzer, Schnapps, who would become embarrassed if anyone laughed at his cute puppy antics! He would run to the corner, face the corner, and only look over his shoulder if anyone tried to console him! Schnapps by far had the most unique personality of all my Schnauzer kids: he was my first one, and probably the reason I chose to breed and show that breed!

I remember my Aunt(foster) had a schnauzer...but not miniature. A beautiful dog and a great watch dog.. We raised Beagles, an Uncle did to. While another raised Dobermans

In our house we had a Boxer, Poodle and a cat. The beagles were outside in a "run"

I have a beagle who will pull her cover over her when she is ready for a nap. My cockatiel will then walk over to her and tug at the cover trying to take it off. This makes "B" beagle mad and she moves and the whole senerio starts over again till "B" decides she can't nap.frustrated

My friend in Vegas owns a reptile shop. But at home he has six beautiful parrots, 13 munchkin cats and a baby lynx.
He has made me promise to care for his birds if he passes away.

He also has a 125 lb black German Shephard

OMG!!!!!!!!!!! I have so many stories about my dog it isn't even funny...She is 4 and still thinks she is a puppy...She is 1/2 shepherd and 1/2 husky and there isn't a day that goes by that she doesn't make me laugh!!!!!!!!

She likes to play soccer with her bones...and she gets jealous if I call my daughter my baby and not her cause she is the baby of the house.....We tease her on purpose and she tries to walk away and pretend she doesn't care all the while looking at us with a side glance...She can only take so much before she is jumping on us an barking cause she knows she is the only "baby" in the house!!!!!!

laugh conversing conversing grin

I had a miniature long-haired Dachshund. To this day, I have never loved a person or other animal like I loved that dog

The woman I was married to at the time used to say."..I wish you loved me as much as you love that dog!" So I put a bowl of water on the floor for my wife, too!!rolling on the floor laughing
