I've replied to a couple of posts but thought the time had come for me to write an introduction. Been living abroad for too long and the time has come to return to good old Blighty. Will probably settle in Berkshire so if any of you would like to get to know me better, drop me a line. I'm a normal bloke with normal feelings. Add to that a bit of honesty, romance, loyalty and reliability and that's probably a good start. Hope to hear from you. I would have added a smiley but for some reason I can't!! Have a handshake or a kiss instead... depending on your gender!!!

Thanks for the last two replies. I wouldn't necessarily call myself a "fast worker" in fact I'm quite the opposite. Very shy really. It's just that someone I wrote to, wrote some lovely things back. We'll see what happens. As regards a "wedding" that's far too soon to tell. Need to find out an awful lot about each other before even thinking of that!!
Geordie girl.. will I miss the sun? I don't think so. After 20 years of constants sunshine I've had more than my fair share. Would now be happy with continuous rain and fog if it was shared with the right person.
