I thought someone broke in last night and stole my favorite coffee cup ( Archived) (69)

I woke up this morning , made the coffee, and looked for my cup.
Well it wasn`t in the sink, not on my desk, I searched the entire house. Still no coffee cup.

I was sure someone must have broken in while I was sleeping and stole my cup. It was the only think missing as far as I could tell.
Now why would someone break in just to take my coffee cup?

As it turns out, it wasn`t stolen after all. But it was in the last place I looked. Have you ever done that, look all over for something and there it is, always in the last place you look.

Seems that yesterday, I placed the cup in the microwave to reheat it. Guess where I found my cup. Yep, fight where I left it.

Are you sure it wasn't in the second to last place you looked?

I`m pretty sure I stopped looking once I found it.

i used to work for a guy that smoked pot ALOT and had for the last 30 yrs

if he couldnt find something he would start wiggin and swear so and so musta stolen it

grrrr-we all knew he just couldnt remember what he did with it

and then when the item was found he would either make no mention or
well-thats it-lol-make no mention-
but when someone asked 'hey did you ever locate your such and such?'
he would always just say yes and no apology or explanation EVER


gosh i havent thot of that in so long-it was sooo grrrrrr


i mean like a cassette tape to a pkg of t.p.-a lighter-

as for me because of my injury and brain weirdness
if i dont put stuff in the same time ALL THE TIME-
forget it-im screwed

im like peoples parents now-a keyhook and table by the front door

Everytime I lost my favourite cup, I know where to look the Microwave each and everytime

I don`t normally reheat my coffee, so I didn`t think to look in the microwave I just opened it so I could tell myself I looked everywhere, and there it was. A cupful of reheated nuclear toxins in the form of coffee.

I was ready to leave for work one morning but couldn't fin my car keys. I looked every where, under the couch, yesterdays pants, turned the house upside down, even shined a flashlight up the dogs butt, no keys nowhere.
Finally had to call in sick for work. Called a locksmith to open the carand get new keys made.
That night I went to the fridge for something to eat. How the hell did my keys get in there?

You must drive a cool car, need the keys to stay cook so it starts properly.

and drink it cold...

i couldnt live w/o that cup
its always in the dish drainer
when i need a fix i cant be searchin around
