MrDoGoodFreeland, Pennsylvania USA2 Threads 5 PostsI am Bill got into a what I thought was a good thing..stayed at her home on weekends..she stayed at mine..while here she stayed in bed all day..needed a supposid rest..for 9 days..she said I want God..not a man after 5 months of a good time..including church together..she is 55 yrs old woman. Plese answer this..I was deveststed. I feel I was used.Bill

I agree with the others Bill. It does suck getting hurt and betrayed but it just means she wasn't the one and that your one and only is still out there searching for you.

You stayed at her place, she stayed at yours and it took 5 months for her to figure out she wanted god instead of a relationship with you.
My question would be were there signs that could have gotten you out of this sooner or did the determination to make the relationship work rule your thoughts, emotions, actions, and reactions which lead to hanging on to something that was doomed to fail from the beginning.
