I hate it when women read the messages I've sent them and don't respond. Even a "Sorry, I'm not interested." would be nice. But no, they can't spare the five seconds it would take.
This wouldn't be so bad if not for the fact that my outbox tells me when they have opened the message I sent... It's not like I can say to myself, "Well, maybe they just didn't get it..."
It sucks but thats what a lot of them do. Also note that most women probably receive 10 times the mail that we do. It's probably hard to get back with everybody.

- many people ( men and woman) do get very busy. some people genuinely forget to reply - please remember - not all woman or men for that fact are the same. if they dont reply consider it their problem and not yours. i always like to think we will meet some-one who suits us when the time is right.

I know, it even happens to us women.. I'm on another site where you can see that they have read it but then deleted it. That's bad. Hang in there; don't give up and keeping on emailing and enjoy the forums.
patience.....it will all work out...I haven't met THEE one yet, but have come close, and in doing so, I've made a few terrific friends that I would not have had if not for this site. Hang in there!

- u are very welcome. doesnt matter who u send a flower to (male or female) - if its sent kindly and sincerely - its all good !!! dont change who u are or what your goals are. keep being u and in time that special person will arrive.
I used to respond and say, "No Thanks". I still do sometimes. My problem is when I do, I usually get back rude replies from the people I responded "No Thanks" to.
An example of this is when I was doing this on Yahoo, I received a reply from a guy way to old for me. I responded basically thanking him for his interest and said, "While I appreciate your reply, I'm interested in meeting someone in my age range who is interested in eventually starting a family someday. Upon viewing your profile, I do not show you share this interest and having my own children some day is very important to me".
I received back a very scathing reply about how I'm immature and self-centered and I don't deserve to find someone. Uhhhh right, because I know that I want to have kids? That makes me immature and self-centered? It went on and on about what kind of horrible person I am.
I'll still occasionally send back replies of no thanks, but not very often because of that reason.
I think sending a "no thanks' is the way to go. People hate to reject people openly as much as people hate to be rejected. But a sour grapes reply really show just how mature a person really is.
I read someones profiles last week.. and he was so talkative and seemed to have alot to say.
Anyway.. I emailed him.. he read it then didn't reply for 6 days.. I kept checking the mailbox.. (how sad! haha).. and was waaaaaaiting for him to reply.
When he did.. and we started talking.. he was SO SO SOOOO boring and seemed nothing like his profile had said at all. ( i think he must have written it drunk.. or someone ELSE wrote it for him)
it just made me laugh that I sat there waiting for this amazing reply for almost a WEEK...
Try changing your style and jazzing your messages up with a little bit of this and a little bit of that.
Try putting a bit of oomph, charm and charisma in your messages and add a little bit of originality then top it all off with a sprinkling of even more charm

I tell you all, I'm about ready to give up.
