NO BUT SERIOUSLY FOLKS I AM A 24 YR OLD MALE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A WOMAN WHO WILL TAKE ME AS I AM. I WAS MARRIED, NOW I AM SEPERATED AND GETTING DIVORCED I HAVE PAPERS COMING IN A WEEK. I HAVE A 4 YR OLD DAUGHTER WHO LIVES WITH ME. I START SCHOOL IN APRIL TO FINISH TRAINING TO BE AN ELECTRICIAN. i hear ya there man... sad thing is i relate... ive got 2 sons and live w/ my parents till school is out... buyin a car this weekend since im off from work... then ill b goin from there... my ex just kinda pushed the kids here earlier this month... so i wasnt expecting it nor was i prepared... not complainin... love the fact i get to spend this much time w/ them... but it does put a damper on meetin people... good news is that me and the boys r gettin our own place as soon as school is out... thats may i think... so for now i get to stay put and we all help out... and i get to save money to have a downpayment for a home... i plan on buying... so there ya have it... we get rough starts but it all works out... 'girls' might not date us right now... but it gives a chance to c whos superficial... cause me and u both know that this is only temporary

I'm still friends with several people I graduated highschool with. All but one of us has needed a hand at some time or another. Be it moving back to parent's house, in with friends or moving friends in to make ends meet. The most common cause of this was divorce.
Most men won't openly admitt when this happens, but it's not uncommon at all.
Don't sell women short assuming they can't see past your living situation to see that you are solving the problem and improving your options. Some can, some can't, and some won't want to.
I've had good women look past that and more.

Awww,u guys will do just fine and yes u gotta do what u gotta do. You guys are lucky that u have family to help u out so u can both concentrate on improving ur futures. Whyte and Corky, ur setting good examples for ur kids and one day they'll tell u how proud they are of u. Best of luck to both of you.

my game plan is my daughter, finish school, look 4 a place, cuz right now its kinda hard to look; no one to look after my daughter(i hate dragging her all over the place. and if there is time, if the women can look past what im going through n not be superficial than have me a date or 2 and see where it goes from there

mine is to buy a car this weekend... save more money... get a place for me and the boys by the time summer vacation gets here... then look for someone to date here and there... guess the havin the ex at home to watch the boys is the only thing i miss rght now... it is hard to run errands sometimes... i guess thanx r due in favor of dear old mom and dad who r takin the slack in that department whaile i work to make a better life for us.. ive realized kids r not the 'chick magnets' they were in my youth... lol... jk... gotta lighten the mood here and there...

windy i agree w/ ya in the aspect of the fun thing... im so out of it i dont even know how to begin on the datin scene anything... and my kids take too much energy out of me to even try it... thanx for the uplift ocee... i like to think its a pride thing that hides paople like me... lol... glad to hear there r a few people who understand and dont judge
