Stupid doctor won't fill in my papers for my drivers permit without seeing me(of course he'll be getting paid for this)and I have a limit of the 29th to send my papers in.They call to tell me now

I am teed off as the sewer backed up and the basement had at least a foot of sewage in it. The house stinks and most of the stuff in the basement had to be put in the garbage.
