It depends on the way one would go about being assertive/aggressive

That's me always the diplomat.. although when I get mad.. most people get out of my way.. but that doesn't happen very often because it's very hard to make me mad..

There are men and women both , that are assertive and aggressive, that are very nice people.
Nice people are nice reguardless and as#holes are as#holes.
There are also a lot of closet as#holes who show their true nature with the obtaining of money, popularity,....ect...
Most men and women that were as#holes to start with, are given the means to excercise being an as#hole to the fullest extent by the success they obtain for real or in their own mind.
Even a King can clean the feet of a poor man if he chooses. Only the heart of the King makes the difference. And he is still King are the doing!

A lot of people have the wrong idea about being assertive and aggressive. They seem to think it means overriding others to get that you want. Not so! One that goes about doing things that way is a fool.

Thank you marina.. I hate fighting/arguing of any kind.. I do everything I can to avoid conflict if at all possible.. it's only after every other recourse has been exhusted that there is no choice.. and even then I still try to at least walk away, unless I am unable

Ohh yes... its fine till women dont get into nasty mode.. but when they do.. the can be worse than the male counterparts. I am quick tempered but still manage to see reason and cool down faster than i got angry .. so its no big deal. Takes a big effort for someone to drive me up the wall..
