There certainly has been cases of hidden agendas on this forum but then again we can justify almost anything within our own agendas

I second Elley`s post .... That has been my experience with people generally..... and so I now base my assumptions on what the person denies most emphatically .... When they say "I am honest" translates into "I am NOT honest" .....
As Shakespeare declared "Methinks he doth protest TOO much" ... which means the person deems it necessary to deny what is uppermost in their minds.
The truly honest person has no need to declare their honesty..... they Behave honestly..... and that goes for all the other things under the heading HIdden Agendas.
