I'm about to cook my standard apres-workout omelette: 4 eggs, sprinking of onions, bell peppers, mild cheddar cheese, assortment of beans (lentils, pinto, etc.), and wild rice. One tasty omelet, if I do say so...
To be honest I seen your name and thought crap, not always knowing what you might add...I thought damn, I should of said to....exclude "road kill" recipes...but you did good...

I'm not bad. All my recipes are secret, I'm afraid but it was a simple dish tonight, Italian of course. Just rigatoni with chorizo, tomatoes and celery in a creamy cheese sauce. Yummmmm....
