I think it really all depends on the man and woman in question. If there is definitely something there between them, then I don't think it would make any difference.

Some people, male or female, will never have any respect for anybody no matter what. Some people might sleep with someone on a first date and still respect them. If I were on a first date with a woman who wanted to get funky I'd just make my apologies and go. I wouldn't judge them as being either good or bad, rather simply not what I'm looking for.
Do what you feel is right, not what you think may be right for the other person. If they respect you they will appreciate that. If they don't then kick them away, and hard.

Anyone that sleeps with someone on a first date and then has no respect for them because of that is a complete hypocrite....What does that say about the person who was willing to jump into bed with the other person to begin with????? I think it says...more about them...like..."I'm willing to get it where and when I can"...I don't care who you are"!!!!!!!

First off if he didn't he's the wrong guy for me, how could he have respect for himself and lose respect for me when we both did the same thing?
I think it depends on the connection they have, when it's love at first sight, yes it does happen, it's so amazing... I was with a man, who I love to this day, for 3years. The first night we met we stayed up all night talking, then drove to the beach to watch the sunrise, then drove back to his house and stayed in bed together for 3 days and nights...total respect!

It depends, if the night is totally going in the right direction and the connection is there, go for it, if not then don't. I picked up a girl a one time, hit it off, broke up with her 3 years later, so it all depends...
