Then again, the place is infested with odd characters.....

Yes it is! Might be a good idea --- a list --- then just not respond when we see a new thread --- no replies = no life to the thread....hmmm...just a thought, and of course - I should add JMO --- as a precaution.

Perhaps they left for artistic reasons rather than for any integrity's...like going to a liposuction clinic, then like the conceptual artist Ricardo Vega, took their fat home and cooked it then ate it to draw attention to wastefulness in Western society. (He also set aside other portions of his fat for sale, noting that it would enable people to taste human flesh and experience cannibalism.
He did not set a price for his fat, but one art dealer estimated that it would be worth considerably less than the Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi's that sold for 18,000 dollars after another artist made his into a bar of soap...) ummm, out of a (political) fire and into a frying pan takes on a new meaning...bet this hasn't been done in a thread before! %D
