No. But that would be because I am Irish.
Are people proud to be British. In my limited experience I have met those proud to be Scots, Welsh and English but only Northern Irish Unionists seem to be proud to be British.

You have still not got it babe THERE IS NO SUCH A NATION AS BRITAIN!!! some people in Engand think it's Britain because it makes them feel comfortable and in control, You have it right in saying there are 3 nations but you exclude Northern Ireland so therefore we are the united kingdoms ( or nations )of the UK which are Scotland,England,Wales and Northern Ireland and at least 2 of these are at the moment are striving for polical and fiscal freedom within Europe
Scotland being the oldest democratic Nation in Europe will be more than welcome in that arena and we are more than looking forward to that day Imagine England and Scotland being equal partners now don't you think that can only be good
