I have learnt that to speak when you are angry and you will make the best speech you will ever regret.....I am really not one that gets annoyed much, perhaps I am too easy going infact I can't remember the last time I actually felt angry...to me it is always about how you perceive others and realise that they are just learning about life and mistakes as we all are...no one has ever been important enough to get me angry.
JOESINGLEDAD: Anger management classes say fast walk for 30 minutes ,never drive though.30 minutes doesn't work,try an hour.Hour of walking and you are still angry?Call somone who cares and will take time to talk with you.
Damn joel you act like you know what all that is about guy! if I were you I would put the butt up and laugh,that would work on anger mgt. I miss that butt!
frustration is always in my life in one manner or the other and so I will have a couple of little beers and commune like a mofo and it works, it makes me more thankful for what I have and to KNOW this in my mind heart and soul, so being thankful for all I have and thank God for what I don't have usually sets me straight goodnight all
