I clean or cook. Especially cleaning can take my frustrations out on the dirt and cooking takes my mind off of them.

I have learnt that to speak when you are angry and you will make the best speech you will ever regret.....I am really not one that gets annoyed much, perhaps I am too easy going infact I can't remember the last time I actually felt angry...to me it is always about how you perceive others and realise that they are just learning about life and mistakes as we all are...no one has ever been important enough to get me angry.

JOESINGLEDAD: Anger management classes say fast walk for 30 minutes ,never drive though.30 minutes doesn't work,try an hour.Hour of walking and you are still angry?Call somone who cares and will take time to talk with you.

When I'M really angry or RESENTFUL at someone,ALTHOUGH I don't practice it as much as I should.........I try praying for them.
Somehow,and I don't know how,but it reduces my resentment towards them.
