Social Club is right because many who hook up stay on just to socialize with the friends they made. Whether that is good or bad is an individual choice of a person's preferences. The downside of that is new people don't know and if they just look at the picture and don't read the profile, it can be very confusing for them. There are also many who hide behind their on-line persona because it means they don't have to face the world and perhaps be rejected or put down. That makes the friends they make here even more valuable in their lives. To each his own....

well, for one, there seems to be as many attached people here as single, now!! So it has become a social club instead of a dating site. BACK OFF...IT'S AN OBSERVATION, NOT A COMPLAINT!
Secondly...I don't think the singles on here are really looking for dates...just teasing and having fun. I say that, because all the local rooms are empty. Nobody is looking in their area, where it is more realistic that they would find dates. Everyone comes to the international foruns....that way they are almost assured of no real committment!
