If I were a woman I'd like men to lift the toilet seat before they pee all over it........ therefore if some men don't (lift the seast before peeing) it makes sense for a woman to leave the seat up rather than having to clean it before they put their delicate bums on said seat for a 'tinkle'!
Have you noticed how some women leave the toilet seat wet - do some women have like watering can 'thingies' that spray all over the place?

Myself. Why ? Same reason I always station myself near the ladies bog in nightclubs an so on. At some point in time they all gotta take a pee,right? That way you get to see them all without having to tour the club like a perve on the prowl,you can be a perve by the bog,right? Saves on shoeleather too. So I put myself in to Room 101 an that way....
