vonney: I used to get a detangle spray from the chemist,,(Pharmacy)
So did I. And start from the ends of her hair and work up. It is not so painful for her then. Don't forget to hold her head steady, otherwise you will really hurt her. And the chemist will sell you a hairbrush that is suitable for a little one

thanks great advice didn`t know to stat at the bottom
jus_4you: can u recomend some to help ease combing my daughters hair in the morning
what everyone else said aaanddd frequent brushing, make sure it's all combed out before she goes to bed at night and maybe put it in a scrunchi. During the day if you put her hair in ponytails, braids etc. it keeps it from getting tangles.

I find using an afro comb.. hurts soo much less too. but yep.. I agree with the previous girlies.. get some detangler. (and an afro comb haha).. and start at the bottom on the ends

Doesn't a conditioner do the same thing as spray detangler? Probably a lot cheaper and less damaging to the planet. To jus_4you, does your little girl use conditioner after shampooing?
