2. only use the car in emergencies never to be used in picking children up from school
3 one meal a day is sufficient.
4 excercise is a top priority.your day should include a two mile run. if not a five mile cycle trip
5 intnse love making can reduce the FLAB. a good guideline is 14 times a week
6. start worrying. this s a known way to loose weight. gas bills electricity bills and any form of bills can achieve this
7. also ask your employer could you work a 16 hr day. this is done in china.
