why the heck have we had a gradual declining rainfall??? australia will be the first country to really feel the effects of global, as witnessed over the past 3 years, we have the real threat of running out of drinking water so much so our stores are down to only 25% capacity for a state of over 5 million people.....

yes because we havent adapted our water supplies to meet demands, & have relied on the Murray Darling basin for far too long.
Its not the worst drought in our history the Federation Drought 1900-1904 was worse, the entire river system dried & Australia in that period had no rainfall even the top end had no cyclones.

great points there JD , you are spot on about over mining & over farming in some sectors of the industry....vineyards, cotton, rice ( we havent got the climate for cotton & rice & they grow them in the desert)

I get a really good point of view when a woman will tell me how they perceive things on practical matters or dating matters . Women are much easier to talk to about certain unmanly things. Some guys are just impossible to talk to when it concerns matters of the heart and love. I really do love a woman's point of view. Helps me understand myself, women, and the world much better.
